Daniels follows a Quality Control Program (QCP) to ensure quality in everything we do. Regardless of project size, management of documents, materials and equipment is maintained throughout the entire construction process to meet your contracting needs.
The QCP is a cyclical system that begins at the top of the organization by ensuring the program is consistently and properly applied so that program objectives are met and revisions can be made, if necessary. Next, project managers and estimators communicate with the customer and subcontractors to maintain satisfaction throughout the project. The project manager then communicates the scope of the work and any changes to the project superintendent, who ensures that the work is completed in accordance with the project specifications, at the highest quality. The superintendent then filters down the information to the project foreman and workers, who control the quality of the work through application of proper methods to meet project specifications. This process allows for open communication throughout the course of the project so that all of the project needs are satisfied in a timely and quality manner.
