As a part of our comprehensive safety program, all employees are subject to drug and alcohol testing. Daniels Construction is dedicated to increasing all employees' knowledge of job site safety through a several pronged approach. Employees are educated on situational, equipment and vehicle safety through hands on demonstrations, classroom/seminar sessions, as well as discussions with safety professionals. These instructional session have allowed employees to achieve certifications in several field of construction. Scheduled and random job site visits are also conducted by Safety Director, Jerry Daniels, to ensure that safety best practices are being carried out. Daniels Construction has an average safety experience modification factor of 0.71, which far surpasses the industry standard of 1.00. An annual review of our safety program is performed annually with all employees to ensure that as a company, we can produce the best quality of service at the highest level of safety.
