The utility improvements in the Lakeshore campus included the replacement of 2 steam pits feeding 5 campus buildings (Jones House, Cole Hall, Sullivan Hall, Swenson house, and Holt Commons), and approximately 725 LF Steam and Condensate Piping, 900 LF Domestic Water, 1,225 LF Electrical Ductbank, 800 LF Storm Sewer, and 400 LF Sanitary Sewer replacement.
