Work consisted of performing reconstruction and upgrades to steam distribution utilities and chilled water. In total, approximately 1,700 LF high-pressure steam and pumped condensate lines and enclosures, including 5 utility pit, servicing 7 buildings were upgraded in addition to the 27,000 SF of removal and replacement of concrete sidewalks throughout campus.
