Daniels Construction has completed several renovations and new construction for multiple Culver’s locations throughout Dane County.

Our recent projects included:

Madison “Todd Drive” underwent two major additions to support increased operational demand and a full reimage of the space. A new drive-through-only kitchen was constructed alongside the existing dine-in kitchen, complete with new cookers, fryers, and warmers, while a larger cooler and freezer were added to accommodate 24-hour product volume. Interior upgrades included new epoxy non-slip flooring in kitchens and back-of-house areas, stainless steel wall panels for sanitation, and updated wall, ceiling, and flooring finishes throughout. Dining areas were refreshed with new carpet, wall paneling, booths, tables, and chairs. Exterior improvements included new sidewalks, railings, brick, soffits, fascia, and roofing for both additions, resulting in a modernized, efficient, and customer-focused facility.

Madison “Cottage Grove Road” underwent a fast-paced reimage focused on interior and exterior upgrades to refresh the guest experience and improve functionality. The project included new kitchen equipment, updated dining room finishes with new carpet, booths, tables, chairs, wall paneling, and new doors at the bathrooms, office, and exterior side entrance. Exterior improvements featured extensive new concrete, asphalt crack filling, resealing, and restriping of the parking lot. Completed in just seven days, Daniels Construction coordinated two shifts of crews including electricians, HVAC technicians, and epoxy flooring specialists to deliver the project on time and within budget.
