This historic home located in the Nakoma neighborhoods, initially built in 1935, received a major addition and remodel, modernizing the original colonial style while maintaining historic elements. Deep foundation work was done in order to add a finished basement, along with a new concrete patio and entertainment space in the backyard. Various rooms, such as existing bathrooms, pantry, and living area were fitted with custom, in-house cabinetry and renovated, while a master suite and kitchen were added to the house.
