How will you contribute:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for both field and office positions
- Develop and post engaging job ads across multiple platforms
- Proactively source talent through networking, outreach, referrals, and community partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with technical colleges, high schools, apprenticeship programs, and industry associations
- Represent Daniels at career fairs, events, and workforce development initiatives
- Manage and improve onboarding processes to ensure a smooth welcoming new hire experience
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing to strengthen employer brand and recruitment materials
- Support internal culture and communication initiatives, including employee newsletters and engagement efforts
- Ensure compliance with hiring laws, documentation, and federal contractor requirements
What you need to qualify:
- 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience (construction or skilled trades a plus)
- Passion for connecting people to purpose-driven work
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with interest in employer branding and recruiting content
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively with hiring teams
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for events, school visits, and job sites
- Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
