How will you contribute:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for both field and office positions
  • Develop and post engaging job ads across multiple platforms
  • Proactively source talent through networking, outreach, referrals, and community partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with technical colleges, high schools, apprenticeship programs, and industry associations
  • Represent Daniels at career fairs, events, and workforce development initiatives
  • Manage and improve onboarding processes to ensure a smooth welcoming new hire experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing to strengthen employer brand and recruitment materials
  • Support internal culture and communication initiatives, including employee newsletters and engagement efforts
  • Ensure compliance with hiring laws, documentation, and federal contractor requirements

What you need to qualify:

  • 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience (construction or skilled trades a plus)
  • Passion for connecting people to purpose-driven work
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset with interest in employer branding and recruiting content
  • Comfort working both independently and collaboratively with hiring teams
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for events, school visits, and job sites
  • Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
